Recently, an administrative dispute over the invalidation of an invention patent right, jointly represented by Beijing Sanju Sunshine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sanju Law Firm, has been finally settled. The Supreme People's Court issued the administrative judgments (2024) Supreme People's Court Intellectual Property and Administrative Affairs Final 1244 and (2024) Supreme People's Court Intellectual Property and Administrative Affairs Final 1245, dismissing the appeal of Shenzhen Quanwei Intellectual Property Operation Co., Ltd. and upholding the original judgment of the first instance.
Recently, a patent invalidation administrative dispute involving an invention patent right between a third party represented jointly by Beijing Sanju Sunshine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yiju Law Firm and Kubota Corporation was finally concluded in the second instance. The Supreme People's Court made the (2024) Supreme People's Court Intellectual Property and Administrative Affairs Final 361 administrative judgment, dismissing Kubota Corporation's appeal and upholding the first-instance judgment.

The Supreme People's Court made the administrative judgment (2023) Supreme People's Court Intellectual Property and Administrative Affairs Final 1187, dismissing Jiufang Taihe's appeal and upholding the first-instance judgment.
Recently, Beijing Sanju Sunshine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yiju Law Firm jointly represented Zhuhai Coslight Battery Co., Ltd. in a dispute over the infringement of an invention patent right, which has now concluded at the final instance. The Supreme People's Court made the civil ruling (2023) Supreme People's Court of Intellectual Property Civil Appeal No. 2589, revoking the civil judgment (2022) Fujian 01 Civil Initial 1647 of the Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court of Fujian Province, and dismissing the lawsuit filed by Ningde New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
