Personal Introduction
With 13 years of experience in intellectual property, I was formerly a patent examiner at the National Intellectual Property Administration and a patent agent. I also served as a trainer for new patent examiners at the patent office and was awarded the Third-Class Merit during this period. I have held positions as the deputy director of intellectual property at a technology company under CITIC Guoan and the head of the intellectual property team at the refrigerator division of Midea Group. I have extensive experience in building and improving enterprise intellectual property systems, researching intellectual property work for small and medium-sized enterprises, conducting patent alerts in the mechanical and electrical field, patent mining and layout, and patent quality evaluation. I possess comprehensive professional skills as a technical engineer, patent engineer, patent agent, and patent analyst. My clients have included CRRC, Midea, China Aerospace, Ordnance Industry Corporation, Guolian Power Battery Research Institute, and Hefei Xinhu, among others.
